Also good to reflect that in some cultures it is extroversion that is likely to be seen as something that needs to be cured - extroverts are seen as superficial, non-serious.
It came as no surprise to me to be classified as an introvert when I was tested. I'd learnt to be happy in my own skin by then. One takeaway seems to be that we should celebrate diversity in all its guises and stop thinking that 'same' is good.
