From what I've seen about the medieval attitudes holding sway in some US schools lately on what children should and shouldn't be told, it's a sure sign that the politicians in charge were dragged up in an atmosphere of 'tell children nothing' and have grown up scared f their own shadows. The world needs its Lucys.
