Good grief! To be honest, I wouldn't have wanted them doing the job after all that iffy 'advice'. Maybe they used to be a good company, but those days are gone. And how many weeks!!! None of that made sense to me, unless you've been kidding us all along and you have a huge industrial kitchen on several levels. Actually, the way you describe your kitchen sounds a lot like ours with the falling apart cabinets and such. You might look back on this and decide it was a narrow escape.
