I don't know enough about the workings of the organisations and how they work their sm to know what is simple or not, but I have learnt never to trust that something must be simple just because it seems so on the face of it. I've too often been on the other end of someone badgering for something 'simple' to be done, when it is anything but.

Of course, sometimes it genuinely might be simple. Maybe the people who could have done it were too busy/distracted/whatever even to have noticed that it's an issue.

Why not contact them all and make the suggestion?
