I gather the first 2 lawsuits landed same day, as he got his first EOs out. I expect the lower courts will do the right thing but it'll be a test of the SCOTUS when/if it gets there. Are they so far gone that they will let him make constitutional changes on a whim? Sadly, we live in interesting times.
