I had a colleague who wrote her diary every evening and would look back at last year's when she did so. It was an interesting exercise but I was never organised enough (even if I'd written a diary, the chances of finding it a year later were slim). This is a much better model. I've been an inconsistent journaler over the years. Maybe this is the way that will work for me.
