I've heard some horror stories about HOAs - they're not really a thing over here - so very glad to know you seem to have a non-intrusive one that allows you to nurture your amazing garden.

Those succulents! Outside! There is probably a time in our calendar when we could rush our succulents outdoors but it wouldn't be for long enough to make it worth while.
