Last time we used an estate agent, it was a difficult time for selling. I asked the guy - him being the professional and all - to put on his thinking cap and tell me something that would make the house easier to sell. He thought for a while and then said "Put it in the middle of Beverley". I felt he'd missed the point, but maybe missing the point is a must in that profession.
