The vibe from your writing about it all is definitely positive, a kind of underlying certainty that it's the right route to go. I can remember a sense, wow, I've actually done it when I'd burnt the bridges as regards retirement. It felt a bit wobbly but I knew it was the right thing - and I get that vibe from your writing.
