I know laws vary on who and when it's ok to take photos. I prefer to avoid taking (or anyway using) shots with identifiable people in. I recall hearing a story some years ago where an apparently innocent shot of a group of youngsters at a fair (used on Facebook) inadvertently showed the child of someone who was in a witness protection scheme and caused major panic and disruption, but it's long odds that anything like that would happen.
