Useful article. Social media is still a fairly new phenomenon - it's easy to forget that it was barely a thing 3 decades ago - and like anything new, it bursts onto the world without restraint because noone really knows how it will pan out. It's good to see genuine efforts to tackle areas like cyberbullying but there's a long way to go yet.
