Yes, there are several collecting societies in Germany. We worked particularly with VG Wort when I was at ALCS. There are links in the article to IFRRO (the international umbrella organisation) and they will have links to all their members. You should definitely seek them out and see if you can join. I can’t remember the exact way they operated but I’m sure it will be on their website.
